As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order after the order has been placed.

Please make sure to confirm your order details (product, payment method, delivery address) before completing your order.

Please note that the contract with the customer will be established upon the dispatch of the "Order Confirmation Email" from our store.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation Email" after placing your order, please contact our store.

2.About returns and exchanges after product delivery

As this is a made-to-order product, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience.

However, if the product is damaged during shipping, we will replace the product.

Please note that we only accept exchanges for the same product and cannot accept refunds.
